Refunds & Returns Policy

We hope you and your little ones love your Sully & Sia pieces as much as we loved creating them. But if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

• With all tags and packaging intact

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 working days for it to appear in your account.

To start a return, email sullyandsia@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the steps.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please email us within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll reserve your replacement item if available and provide instructions for sending back your original piece. Exchanges are processed once the returned item reaches us in its original condition.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We take great care in quality checking every order. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 28 days of delivery and we’ll make it right. Please include photos so we can sort it out quickly.
